From  NEW  JERSEY  to Hancock Office
Take NY  RT. 17  WEST  (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to EXIT  87 , turn LEFT off ramp.
and travel 1/4 mile to T of Main Street, turn LEFT and travel 1/3 mile.

From BINGHAMTON to Hancock Office
Take NY  RT.  17  EAST (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to EXIT  87, turn LEFT off ramp,
travel 2 blocks on Main Street and find KLIMCHOK  REAL  ESTATE on right (porch wrapped huge RED Federal home).

From  New York  METROPOLITAN  AREA  to Hancock Office
Take New York State Thruway (RT.  I  87) to EXIT  16: Harriman.
Take NY  RT.  17  WEST (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to EXIT 87, turn LEFT off ramp.
travel 2 blocks on Main Street and find Klimchok Real Estate on right (Restored Red Federal Home).

Manhattan alternate route to Route 17:
Take West Side Highway (Henry Hudson) to George Washington Bridge  UPPER  DECK, stay in the right hand lane,  BEAR  RIGHT to travel NORTH on the Palisades Parkway about 35 +/- miles, (right after bookstore in the median) take EXIT  18 (a LEFT), travel 1/3 mile to circle, take 2nd exit to RIGHT off circle for Route 6 (Toward Central Valley).
Go up an over the Mountain, staying to LEFT on Route 6 (DO NOT GO TO 293).
Travel Route 6 until it feeds onto Route 17 heading WEST.
Travel WEST on Route 17 toward Binghamton about 1 1/2 + hours to Hancock's 2nd exit: Exit 87  (NOT 87A).
Turn LEFT off ramp, travel 1/3 mile to Main Street, turn LEFT and EAST on Main for 1/2 mile.
KLIMCHOK  REAL  ESTATE is on the right (RED Federal home).

Take NY  RT. 17  WEST (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to Exit 104, RT. 17 B (Monticello Raceway).
Take RT. 17 B, approximately 18 miles. RT. 17 B ends on Lower Main Street, Callicoon.
Go under the bridge and bear right.
KLIMCHOK's red office building is halfway up Lower Main Street on the right.

From NYC to Callicoon Office
Take New York State Thruway (RT. I 87) to Exit 16, Harriman, NY ( NY  RT. 17  WEST ).
Take NY  RT. 17  WEST (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to Exit 104, RT. 17 B (Monticello Raceway).
Take  RT. 17 B, approximately 18 miles.  RT. 17 B ends on Lower Main Street, in Callicoon.
Go under the bridge and bear right.

From  BINGHAMTON  to Callicoon Office
Take NY RT. 17  EAST  (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to  EXIT  87 , Hancock, NY ( RT. 97 S ).
Take Route 97 SOUTH to Callicoon, approximately 25 miles.  Turn right at blinking light.
KLIMCHOK's red office building will be straight ahead on the left, just over the RR tracks.

From  NEW  JERSEY  to Lakewood Office
Take NY  RT.  17 WEST (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to EXIT 87 A (Hancock, NY).
Turn left off ramp, 1 mile to Hancock, go through light and over hill to RR tracks at bottom and follow sign for Route 191, crossing bridge into PA.  Continue 1 mile to intersection with Route 370 (A  LEFT).
Follow Route 370 for 12 +/- miles into Lakewood.
KLIMCHOK  REAL  ESTATE  is in the Leet Professional Building on the corner of Route 370 and Lake Como Road, across the street from Wayne Bank, between Rick Leet Insurance and the Medical Clinic.

From BINGHAMTON to Lakewood Office
Take NY  RT.  17 EAST (Future Interstate Rt. 86) to EXIT 87, turn left off ramp.
After several hundred feet turn RIGHT after the Getty station and follow signs for Route 191.
At STOP sign turn RIGHT, cross RR tracks, cross bridge to PA and follow Route 191 for 1 +/- mile to intersection with Route 370 (A  RIGHT) and continue 12 +/- miles into Lakewood.
